How do you calculate your freight charges?
We don't make money on freight!
At the end of the day, we do not want to make a dime off freight and handling. We have a flat rate shipping schedule based on our costs. This is the easiest way to make sure you know exactly what your shipment will cost at the time you place your order.
What shipping carriers do you use?
In most cases, we ship UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service. We choose the best option based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Board Bags Are Big!
Freight carriers will charge more when the boxes are big. Travel bags and a few other marked items are shipped in big boxes. These items require a slightly higher shipping rate. Fortunately, our freight rates are really low. Just plan ahead and ship ground. If you wait too long and need it fast, it can get expensive.
